The Broan® QTXE Series bathroom ceiling exhaust fan delivers powerful, quiet ventilation and is ENERGY STAR® Certified., with the added convenience of humidity sensing with Sensaire™ technology. When this housing pack is used with the QTXE Series Finish Pack it will deliver 80 CFM or 110 CFM to efficiently remove moisture, reducing the risk of mold and mildew in most full bathrooms up to 105 sq. ft. The fan turns on automatically as it detects rapid increases in moisture at the ceiling level, where steam and humidity rise. After a user-defined time period, the fan shuts itself off to save energy and money. The sensitivity is also adjustable. Humidity sensing fans are ideal for high traffic bathrooms, the kids' bathroom, or for those who leave the house before humidity is properly vented. Operating at just 0.4 sones, it’s as quiet as a whisper, ensuring tranquility in your home. Our easy install hanger bar system allows for quick installation in any type of ceiling construction, including 2” x 8” setups.
